Women deal with unique issues throughout different stages of life. I help women identify and address their feelings, fears, ideologies that may be holding them back, etc. I would love to hear all about what you are dealing with and walk alongside you as we identify strategies of change to help you break any chains that are holding you back from living life to its fullest!

I help women deal with all types of issues, including, but not limited to:

Mom Guilt

Are you a mom who feels guilty at even the thought of taking care of yourself? If so, you likely have mom guilt. Yep, mom guilt is a thing. Moms are notorious for experiencing mom guilt over doing anything for themselves. If you’re a mom, you probably run yourself ragged, all the while feeling unappreciated and mentally, emotionally, and physically drained.

Never taking time for yourself can lead to severe burnout, fatigue, and even depression and/or anxiety. I can help you find a healthy balance between taking care of yourself while also being the best version of yourself for your loved ones.

Juggling motherhood, work (or whether or not to go back to work), family, friends, and making time for yourself can feel like a lot to handle. You don’t have to do it alone!

Self-Esteem

Did you know that you are important and valuable just the way you are? While we all have areas of our lives that need improvement, many people feel like they are inadequate and lack confidence. Shame, guilt, weight, being bullied (either as a child or adult), and stressful life situations are among the many issues that can contribute to problems with self-esteem.

I can help you identify the root causes of your low self-esteem and address them so you can view yourself in a positive light and live a more fulfilling and enjoyable life.

We can create space to hear and respond to our inner wisdom. And when we live a life in alignment with our authentic selves, we glow differently.

Assertiveness

Assertiveness is like having a superhero cape. It helps you feel more confident and capable of tackling any obstacles that come your way. Assertiveness can also help you be able to establish boundaries that allow you to better relate to and deal with family, friends, and co-workers in a healthy way.

Marriage/Family Uncertainty

Do you feel pressure to get married? Are you tired of people asking when you are going to have children? If so, you are not alone. And if you’re leaning toward not getting married and/or not having children, then you are in good company. Many women feel the same way you do. I work with women to help them explore their life choices in regard to marriage, children, career, etc. and then guide them towards experiencing confidence in their decisions.
